Your Impact:
As a Seasonal General Labourer (March to June), you play a hands-on role in keeping our shop running smoothly. You support production activities, maintain a safe and organized work environment, and contribute to the flow of materials and parts throughout the facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to grow within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general production and shop activities as assigned.
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials, parts, and finished products.
- Perform basic deburring, grinding, cleaning, and material preparation tasks.
- Support machine operators and trades personnel as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Report hazards, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervision.
- Support continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Previous manufacturing or shop experience is an asset but not required.
