As Malach continues to expand and invest in our people, technology, and processes, we are looking to add dependable Shipper/Receivers to our distribution team.
Your Impact:
The Shipper / Receiver plays a critical role in ensuring materials and finished goods move accurately, safely, and on time through Malach’s operations. This role supports production flow, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction by ensuring incoming materials are properly received and outgoing shipments are correctly prepared and documented.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming materials, components, and supplies and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Inspect incoming shipments for visible damage and report discrepancies.
- Accurately label, identify, and store materials in designated locations.
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials and finished goods for shipment.
- Package products safely to prevent damage during transport.
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate pickups with carriers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe.
- Follow all safety procedures and use material handling equipment properly.
What You Bring:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately.
- Ability to read packing slips, work orders, and shipping documents.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials.
- Class 5 driver’s license.
- Forklift experience is an asset or willingness to be trained.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
