Your Impact:
The Welder plays a key role in producing high-quality fabricated components and assemblies that meet Malach’s standards and customer requirements. This role supports production flow, quality, and on-time delivery by performing MIG and TIG welding operations safely and efficiently.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:
- Perform TIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Set up welding equipment and ensure proper parameters for each job.
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
- Prepare materials including cleaning, grinding, and fit-up prior to welding.
- Work collaboratively with fabrication, machining, and assembly teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of TIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Experience with TIG welding required.
- CWB certification is an asset or willingness to obtain.
- Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum is an asset.
Work Details & Benefits:
- Full-time, permanent position. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
- On-site role at the Buffalo location.
